This Privacy Policy describes how Saifly LLC (“Saifly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit saifly.ai (the “website”), request early access, contact us, or otherwise interact with the website.
Saifly is not available yet. This policy covers the website and the early-access waitlist. We will update our privacy information before the Saifly product launches.

Information you give us
When you request early access or contact us, we collect:
- Contact information: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
- Role: whether you describe yourself as an individual or worker, a manager or supervisor, or a company or business.
- Company details: if you select company or business, your company name and approximate team size, if you provide them.
- Your message: anything you write in the optional “What would you like Saifly to help with?” field, and anything you send us by email.
Please do not submit confidential business information, trade secrets, health information, government identification numbers, passwords, personal information about other people, or other sensitive information through the early-access form or by email.

Information collected automatically
When you submit the early-access form, it also sends us the page you submitted it from, the address of the page that referred you to the website (if your browser shares it), and any campaign tags in the link you followed, such as utm_source.
Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically log technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you request, the date and time of your visit, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use these logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
The website does not currently use cookies for analytics or advertising, and it does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy.

How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- process your early-access request and manage the waitlist;
- contact you about your request and about Saifly, including when early access becomes available;
- respond to questions you send us;
- understand which kinds of users are interested in Saifly and what they need;
- improve the website and plan the product;
- protect the website against spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats; and
- comply with legal obligations and keep appropriate business records.
We aim to collect only what we need for these purposes.

Emails we send
Request-related emails. After you join the waitlist, we send emails about your request, such as a confirmation that you are on the list, a notice when early access is available, and replies to questions you asked.
Updates about Saifly. We may also send occasional promotional updates, such as product news and launch announcements. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails. We may continue to send non-promotional emails about requests you have made or other ongoing interactions with Saifly.

How we disclose information
We disclose personal information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that process information on our behalf to provide services to us, such as website hosting and infrastructure, database, email delivery, spam and security protection, customer support, and professional advisers.
- Legal and safety reasons. Where reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, enforce our rights, investigate misuse, or protect Saifly, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction.
- With your direction or consent. When you ask us to share information or agree that we may.

Sale and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information submitted through the website for cross-context behavioral advertising or other targeted advertising.

How long we keep information
We keep early-access and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the waitlist, communicate with you about Saifly, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes.
If you unsubscribe, we remove you from promotional mailing lists but may keep your email address on a suppression list so we can continue to honor your request.

Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted to us by emailing privacy@saifly.ai. We may need to verify your request before we act on it, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the link in those emails.

Children
Saifly is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us at privacy@saifly.ai so we can take appropriate action.

Visitors outside the United States
The website is operated from the United States and is currently intended primarily for users in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice as appropriate.
